Cheap Saunas - How to Grab Yourself a Bargain

Despite what many people think, you don't have to have a lot of money to invest in a home sauna. If you have access to the Internet there are plenty of bargains to be had and you could find yourself the proud owner of a cheap sauna that looks a million dollars.

Here are some tips on getting the most sauna for your money.

Running costs

It's no good getting a cheap sauna that is then going to cost you a fortune to run. Ask about the running costs of the various models so that you can get an idea of which will be the least expensive. An infrared model is generally much cheaper to run than a steam sauna because it operates at a lower temperature.

Size

The size of a sauna is most commonly shown as the number of people it will accommodate. This goes from 1-person saunas right up to saunas that will accommodate 5 or 6 people. Go for the smallest size that will suit your needs. Just because the larger model looks pretty it will be more expensive and the running costs will be more.

Manufacturer sites

Do some smart searching to uncover some bargains direct from the manufacturers. When looking through the websites keep a look out for stock clearance and end of line sales. You maybe able to haggle your way to getting a cheap sauna if the manufacturer wants to make room for new stock.

Auction sites

As well as the product manufacturer's sites, check out the online auctions. You will find that there are bargains to be had here. There will be people selling their old saunas if you don't mind buying second hand. But you will also find a lot of companies selling brand new saunas. These maybe end of lines that are being disposed of to make way for new models, so you could easily pick up a bargain.
